to embrace a weekend away from it all and quality time for yourself

With highly qualified and empathetic tutors you can explore the many
aspects of Yoga from Hatha Yoga Practice to Yogi Philosophy. There
will be sessions covering Pranayama, Patanjali, Yoga Nidra, Relaxation,
Meditation, Alexander Technique, Colour, Chakras and Astrology. The
programme will accommodate the absolute beginner to the highly experienced.
Please do contact Sarah for an example programme of your preferred
weekend.
Also, you will have the opportunity to book ( for an additional fee
) experienced therapists for individual appointments for the Alexander
Technique, Aromatherapy Massage, Astrology, Bach Flower Remedies,
Colour, Iridology, Reflexology, Reiki and Tarot. The programme can
be as busy or relaxed as you choose giving you the opportunity to
take advantage of the hotel leisure facilities which include swimming
pools, gym, sauna / steam, spa and indoor / outdoor tennis courts.
